James Cobley- Newsstand Comics

Born and bred in Dartford, James Cobley started out working in the Priory Centre's comic book store, 'Forbidden Planet'. After saving up enough money, James set up his own business with the help and advice from The Princes Trust Scheme; a youth charity that helps young people aged 11 to 30 get into jobs, education and training.

Starting out as a market stall with the Mary Portas Pilot Project, James' business began to thrive, eventually moving to his very own shop opposite The Orchard Theatre, selling comics, American candy, Pokemon cards and retro video games.
